HEY CHANGEMAKER, DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
In your personal life, you’re feeling like —
You don’t have a good work/life balance.
You’re unsatisfied with your life, career, or both.
You're struggling with learned messages that limit you.
You’re not sure how to lead in equitable ways.
You're starting to feel discouraged & burned out by the work you do.
You want to live a fuller more purpose-driven life, but don't know where to start.
You’re a true changemaker, fully committed to social justice so that the world can be a fair and just place for everyone. And you’re tired of seeing how people in your world are being hurt (intentionally or not) by the current status quo.
Learning how to live and lead equitably is hard . . .
. . . mostly because the world is unjust.
But it is also because you could use support to –
Unlearn the limiting beliefs and harmful societal messages derailing your progress
OR
Access your inner voice to make the right changes without burning yourself out
what if you had the support you need to make true, transformative, and sustainable change?
What would it feel like if you could live a fuller, purpose-driven life? Or if you could help integrate equity and justice into your organizational culture, policies, and practices?
How would it feel to overcome internalized and societal voices that limit you, and learn to access your inner wisdom guiding you on how you can live a fulfilled, creative, and soulful life?
Imagine what your day would be if you were doing both the inner and outer work that will help create more beauty and joy in your world.
What would be possible for our world if you were helping to support, educate, and empower yourself or others to strive for purpose & equity on every level?
No matter who you are, you’re in the right place if…
. . . you’re ready and committed to making a change on a personal and/or professional level.

FAQs
Should I invest in coaching?
Well, it depends. Are you ready to do the hard work to reach your goals? If you’ve been trying to figure out how to live and lead more equitably, and you can’t seem to make progress, coaching can help you through it.
Coaching is for you if you’re ready to shorten your learning curve, get clarity on your next steps, and hold yourself accountable to create sustainable and impactful change in your world.
What can coaching actually do for me?
Coaching can help you reach your end goal faster and easier than would be possible trying to do it on your own. You gain access to my own years of experience and knowledge, which will help you avoid (or quickly learn from) mistakes and create momentum toward achieving your goals.
You're in the right place if you want support to navigate life's challenges with integrity, joy, and wholeness.
How to choose between 1:1 versus group coaching?
One-on-one coaching can be an opportunity for you to get help and support to work through a specific issue, or as part of an ongoing coaching relationship. I can support you with individual life, career, or leadership coaching, or a combination of each.
My group/team coaching focuses on racial and social justice and/or leadership development to help support and improve collaborative efforts within organizations. If you’re looking to improve equity and inclusion within a team or across your university, non-profit organization, or corporate environment, this is the option for you.
Unsure which one is the right choice, let’s discuss – get in touch.
